We needed a new company that could meet our access control needs on a specific basis given what we make here at SRG. We had very special requests and after researching many companies, we landed on Imperial. They spent almost 2 weeks here, making sure we were set up exactly as we needed to be. When new challenges arose, Greg, Dylan and David were up to the task, emphasis being on Dylan and David as they seemed to work very well together. They had great synergy working together, things just seemed to flow nicely which also made for a comfortable environment. Both went the extra mile over and again to make sure we were good and things were taken care of. We needed access control on both sides, w/ anti-passback, which is rare from my understanding, and they were able to deliver. Even my own maintenance guy was surprised on how fast and efficient David was when he installed all of the security bars on the doors. Dylan got a surprise task with our office door needing to integrate into a phone system and got that done quick! They tag-teamed the final 2 days to make sure everything was exactly where we needed it to be. I would recommend them to anyone!!! Imperial Surveillance installed the alarm system and security monitoring for the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance in Chicago, IL. Dan Burress walked me through the entire process, provided great recommendations, and offered a great price for installation and monthly monitoring. Bryan Costa was the technician that installed the system. He was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions.
