Summary

The Field Service Technician is a professional who will fully utilize their IT and Field experience in this role. The Field Service Technician is responsible for working with varying systems installations, establish and document networking details, finalize and document programming, provide on-site end-user support and training, perform system maintenance, and repair a wide variety of systems. They must be willing to work overtime and be ready to travel as the need arises. The Field Service Technicians must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing about 30 lbs. often. At times, they may have to lift heavier equipment. Additionally, they should be able to work in small spaces and at varying heights and be required to climb ladders.

Qualifications:

• IT: 2 years is REQUIRED
• Cabling: 2 years REQUIRED
• Knowledge of low voltage – electrical REQUIRED
• Knowledge of networking – LAN/WAN REQUIRED
• PERC card (Permanent Employee Registration card) or the ability to obtain one.

Security System Technician is responsible for installing security surveillance, door access, and alarm systems. They must be willing to work overtime and be ready to travel to customer locations. Pull, route, and label CAT5 or CAT6 cable. Conduct thorough inspections of network cabling to ensure the system is working. Test and troubleshoot issues with network communication. Mount telecom equipment while adhering to best practices, industry standards, and manufacturer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous electrical experience is REQUIRED.
• IT: 2 years (preferred).
• Cabling experience: 2 years is REQUIRED.
• PERC card (Permanent Employee Registration card) or the ability to obtain one.

The Lead Security Technician is the lead worker and must have at least five years of previous experience. Lead Security Technician is responsible for the Installation of Security Cameras, Burglar Alarms, & Access Control at residential and commercial locations. This will include climbing on ladders, pulling cable, installing devices, programming, bending conduit, and system testing. Electrical and low voltage experience is required.

• 5 years of Electrical experience is REQUIRED.
• 5 years of IT experience is REQUIRED.
• 5 years of Cabling experience is REQUIRED.
