Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is a professional who will fully utilize their IT and Field experience in this role. The Field Service Technician is responsible for working with varying systems installations, establish and document networking details, finalize and document programming, provide on-site end-user support and training, perform system maintenance, and repair a wide variety of systems. They must be willing to work overtime and be ready to travel as the need arises. The Field Service Technicians must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing about 30 lbs. often. At times, they may have to lift heavier equipment. Additionally, they should be able to work in small spaces and at varying heights and be required to climb ladders.
- IT: 2 years is REQUIRED
- Cabling: 2 years REQUIRED
- Knowledge of low voltage – electrical REQUIRED
- Knowledge of networking – LAN/WAN REQUIRED
- PERC card (Permanent Employee Registration card) or the ability to obtain one.
