All returns
require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
RMA numbers can only be issued through the Imperial technical
support department. The Buyer must contact Imperial Surveillance
by phone or e-mail to request an RMA number before returning
the items. All returns must be shipped prepaid. RMA numbers
will be issued by phone or e-mail within 1-3 business days.
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
If the buyer does not return the items within 15 days, the
RMA number will be voided. Any RMA’s returned to us
past the 15 days, will be refused and returned back to the
sender’s address on the package. It is recommended
that all returns be sent by a traceable carrier such as
FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail. All returns for refund will
be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Imperial Surveillance is not responsible for items that
are mishandled, lost or damaged during shipping. RMA numbers
must be legibly listed on the outside of the package.
If an item's stated price is lower than its true price,
we will contact you for instructions before shipping.
